My brother @Al Williamson is an innovator in what he calls "hustle lording."

We have 100% JV funding, hard money/bridge loans, 100% funding for Multi-family and Healthcare for Non-profits, Non-recourse for multi-family construction/perm/purchase/refi/rehab, NPN purchase, loans for income producing property, among others...We lend across industry so it has to be something unique/innovative.

All new electrical to code, roof, bathrooms, finish work inside and out with added landscaping and walk way, and this is the short list.If you buy this please do it right and go green with 21st century technology - use passive and active solar when construction occurs, use every energy saving option available perhaps add a solarium or greenhouse while your at it.

Any recommendations on firms that would be accommodating with such an arrangement--without burdensome monthly affiliation fees, required numbers of transactions, technology fees, phone answering? 

However, I guess a leading technology company should be able to maintain secure long distance communications, conference calls etcIt could change the current landscape of real estate prices, and also alter the prices for office space.

Technology has addressed most of those issues, which is why private equity firms now own close to 100k SFR's in the US.

Plus if you don't know what features you need now, you can start with the basic provided features and later on you've the space to add/build moreThe only cons with this mix, it needs a lot of technology tweaks to set it up the way you want and to automate it to the lowest level offered by other CRMs, which would cause some kind of frustration to start with very basic one like this, but believe me, it's worth all the effort you'd pay for it.However, if you are not a Tech-savvy guy who is always intrigued by new technology and new operations business model/strategies then I'd recommend other CRMs that provide all what you need with minimal effort.

Anyone know if this "next-level New Age innovation" is even applicable in Canada?
