What is the best CRM out there? Looking at affordability and something I can use for both my real estate business as a realtor and as an investor.

From MY practical point of view, I think Podio as CRM + Investor Carrot (Website builder) are the best mix you'd want, which are much better than those claimed All-In-One CRM and that's for 2 reasons:

1. When using those All-In-One CRM, you'll get stuck one day when you'd need to add a certain feature or to use an updated tool that's not built in them. At that point, it'd be a business turmoil to transfer your whole operations to another CRM.

2. Podio is very customizable where you can add all the un-usual features and can set it up to be fully automated or almost fully. Plus if you don't know what features you need now, you can start with the basic provided features and later on you've the space to add/build more

The only cons with this mix, it needs a lot of technology tweaks to set it up the way you want and to automate it to the lowest level offered by other CRMs, which would cause some kind of frustration to start with very basic one like this, but believe me, it's worth all the effort you'd pay for it.

However, if you are not a Tech-savvy guy who is always intrigued by new technology and new operations business model/strategies then I'd recommend other CRMs that provide all what you need with minimal effort. And example of these CRMs are as follows arranged from the most reliable and having extra features to the lowest (from my perspective): FreedomSoft, REIPro, RealeFlow, REI.Solutions..

Please consider other's opinions regarding these CRMs and others not mentioned here, since I haven't tried all of them and because other BP members might have different experiences than mine.
