any experience w/Wells Fargo HELOC on owner occupied 2-4 unit?
I am looking for a large ~500k HELOC for my 4-unit owner occupied home. I have my first mortgage with with WF and was attracted by their one year fixed rate, but everyone I speak to at their branches or 1800 number seems completely unfamiliar with the concept of a 2-4 unit home.
I know WF does HELOCs on rental properties, but I was wondering if anyone has had experience with their treatment of 2-4 unit owner occupied homes. Is it the same as how they treat SFHs for HELOC?
