I am less familiar with Schuylkill Haven and Tamaqua but I think they are good cash flow areas as well.I have self managed these properties and while for the first 2 years that I owned each property, I lived in Schuylkill County, the last 2 years I have lived in Philadelphia.

What were your experiences when you first started, and what would you do differently now?

I assumed compliance never communicated with the sales rep. and saw the large transaction amount done wrong the first time, and decided to block me EVEN though it was done exactly how they requested the second time.

When buying your first property, especially multi-family, you're bound to frequently come across occupied units and often while the tenants are home.  

First, I want to point out the quality of these pics… I’ve done game rooms, movie room with projectors and popcorn machine, coastal properties we added cruising bikes and paddle boards, there’s a never ending list of additions you can add.

You will qualify based on your rental income covering the first and 2nd mortgage payment.
