California Investor looking at Indiana as first market

Hi! I'm a new investor looking to buy and hold turkey properties in Hancock County, Indiana. My business partner and I have full time jobs and have fully funded our first purchase. We just need a real estate agent, lender, GC, and property manager... no easy feat.
