If you don't need this money I'd argue that you should buy some stocks and if they grow then you can use the full amount for real estate in the future. 

They love them and for good reason, which makes those markets actually attractive if you work with the right company.We use Bestplaces.com to compile some data on quality cities for us to grow our company into. 

I have been educating myself with any spare time I can find and am growing more and more excited!

Also going to REI meet ups and getting advice from others and working to grow a network is also very helpful. 

The house is off the market, but the insurance is still running, the bills and HOA fees are running, my money is not growing.

Take x dollars out of property a, invest in property b - here is profit, cash flow, risk, reward, plan to grow to multiple properties increase cash flow etc.

But from a perspective of growing my portfolio, at what point do you cash out to redeploy? 

Right now, my preference would be to have as many occupied pads and as FEW "park-owned" homes as possible to avoid headaches associated with rental and maintenance, but that may change as I grow and expand.
