I started to make it my SOP absent other direction a while back, but that only lasted 5 minutes until a listing agent with a New Yaaawk accent flipped out that the appraiser called the buyer's agent, heh.

We are looking for a CPA and have 4 rentals - 2 active and 2 in the pipe and try to keep one flip running all the time (4 completed so far).  

I've established my line of credit, I already have an investing real estate agent in mind and I'm not afraid to personally do some of the work on these flips. 

But doesn't seem like we are going to hold to this property.Can someone give me a bit of advice what's the best way to structure the first flip?

Recently, picked up a SFR in Charlotte, NC with a potential Flip opportunity.  

Looking for anyone who is looking for properties to either sell, flip, or turn into an investment.

So I came across a nice little duplex in my area, a recent flip, decent rents at 1650, PP of 100K (nicest % I’ve seen in a while, considering the 1% rule). 

I don’t have much experience in these neighborhoods so I’m looking for a way to make this deal work in terms of flipping my contract of interest in these properties.

We have flipped one single family and intend to do another before moving into multi-family.
