Setting Realist Goals

Jason Rogers
Posted

OK, I'm totally new here in Tulsa and kinda new to the real estate market. In that, I mean, It has been over a decade since I owned any properties and they were in a different state.  Now that I'm older and wiser; What is a realistic goal in terms of how many deals should i shoot for in one year? I feel I'm in pretty good shape for an aggressive number. I'm thinking five, is that too aggressive? I've established my line of credit, I already have an investing real estate agent in mind and I'm not afraid to personally do some of the work on these flips.  In the past I owned my own construction company but now I have a full time position as well as this retirement plan.

Also, if I'm missing something or if you simply have advice PLEASE let me know!

Thank you,

Jason
