I believe the neighbor has some beef with the city, and is trying to use this issue to create a problem for the city, my friend is just the unlucky guy who gets to be collateral damage.The small town utility department doesn't have record drawings of the laterals, and they are not being too helpful. 

I believe it's the office of of the zoning administrator but it's been a while and my memory sucks.It's not the sites themselves that are misrepresenting, it's the folks creating the listings. 

My golden rule is: if a big investor hasn’t interviewed on the BiggerPockets Podcast it could be for a reason.

I have some ideas with my property and I am wondering if its worth doing to create more value or if it creates value at all.I have a small property and I am thinking of selling or getting a HELOC so I am in the middle of remodeling the house to create more value.

However, it seems like there are so many rules and regulations with the State/City and when it comes to getting approved to list on Airbnb. 

The issue with BRRRR is that the refinanced mortgage wouldn't come close to the "1% rule". 

I can definitely tell you there's still a lot of positive cash flowing and 1% rule deals and you get amazing appreciation.

What would you suggest so I can create income and perhaps make a better financial decision for myself.

Will the city create any other problems when they inspect the basement? 

I'm concerned there might be rules from the lender that could stifle our future growth.
