Some jurisdictions are taking the statewide ADU rules and going much further extreme.  

But in my opinion the 1% Rule has gone the same way as the 2% Rule.

Do you guys still apply that rule?

We know we want to create an llc but is it difficult to secure a loan?

What are the rules for removing this person, as I understand it he falls under hotel rules, not the landlord tenant act.

Let me know if this would pass any primary residence rules since I won't be living there, but he will.
