Need Advice-Help Please

Hello, I wanted to ask if you were in my situation what would you advise or do? I am 46, recently laid-off since 01/2024. I have maybe 100.00 of liquid cash, my credit score is 577 and I have a home 3 bedroom that I pay a Mortgage too. I really dont want roommates or an AirBnb. I could move out and rent, but dont know where I would go to pay a lower monthly rate the I currently pay.  What would you suggest so I can create income and perhaps make a better financial decision for myself. Right now, my only income in a weekly 300.00 unemployment check.
