After driving around in the area and some similar I read about, I realized that most of these homes selling below market value in these areas are rehab projects I don't feel ready to pursue on my first trip around the block.

@Marcus Johnson didn't you hear, Walz went on record a while ago saying COVID dosn't impact rioters (sorry, gathering WITHOUT permits, blocking roadways, smashing windows, burning buildings, hurling rocks and so on is NOT protests any more than chain-gangs are an "encouraged communal community improvement force" (see, I can word play too))BUT, apparently COVID hates Harleys because it "DOES" attack everyone at Sturgis......Seriously, why isn't there any news on how prejudice COVID is, it's selectively targeting people based on their political affiliations and hobbies apparently.

I only read about this a minute ago and don't know if it a moratorium will actually take effect, but the article I read stated that only evictions for non-payment of rent will be blocked and that evictions for other reasons will still be legal.

It is older and needs updating but a pretty solid old house with a new roof, as a perk it is in an area that would be prime for a future rental property and in proximity of my current home (one block away).There are tons of episodes and forum post on getting good renters and things of that nature that I have listened too and follow.
