I recommend attending local meetups to learn how other investors are funding deals and picking up Brandon Turner's book, How to Buy Real Estate With No (or Low) Money Down.

I have attended a couple of meet ups in the past but I'm looking for more networking opportunities with other local investors.

I attended a graduation of a grandson and granddaughter and was shocked at the number of scholarships the graduating class had received.I assume you'll love the area, but just make sure you research the various areas prior to purchasing property.
