Hello All!!

I have been wanting to get into REI for awhile now and am very please to find BP. I am looking to start in duplexes and keep learning from there. Is this a good way to start?

I have a question about lenders. I am self-employed and have been working in my position for over a year now and I know you have to be self employed for atleast 2 years. Is there any way around this?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Ray K.

Thanks Jon! I am looking forward to it. I have been learning a lot already. I think the hardest part is making your first acquisition.
