Creative Financing Options

Jad Haddad
Posted

Hi everyone! I’m new to real estate investing and I was hoping to get some thoughts on some creative financing options for investment properties. I’ve been looking to start my multi family rental portfolio for years and while I’ve had no problem finding the deals, I haven’t been able to acquire the capital to fund them.

Any insight on this topic is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Partnerships, HELOCs, and hard/private money are popular methods of funding deals along with seller financing. I recommend attending local meetups to learn how other investors are funding deals and picking up Brandon Turner's book, How to Buy Real Estate With No (or Low) Money Down.
