The rat race is taking it's toll on me and I'm trying to escape it with all of my being 😩 lol.

Like most people today, I was brought up to do good in school so that I could get a good scholarship so that I could get a good job and run the typical rat race that 95% of people run.

The way I'm reading your question, to me, you are putting the cart before the horse here and are concerned if the Seller is going to mail/email you a certificate of occupancy... which the city would have on file anyways.
