I'm glad I'm on the right track with that.I attended my first seminar just today and also see the value in that now, as well, so I will continue that free education.I will continue crunching numbers and analyzing deals, in the meantime.Thank you, again, for your time and response.

We wanted to sell that property within the window of living there 2 of the last five to avoid capital gains, and move that equity into cash reserves and other real estate projects in the Denver Metro area.

I am a newbie as well, I've been reading lots of posts and also attending @Brandon Turner's webinars which are so great.

Be proactive and look up the various meetings here and on meetup and start attending. 

Attending my first REIA meeting this Thursday.

Just reading through the beginner books, listening to podcasts, attending webinars, and talking to folks on BP to get all the knowledge I can.I want to begin getting some experience performing REI related tasks and I figured the best way to do it was to reach out to investors already doing those things in the Loudoun County, Virginia area (if the task can be done remotely, we can work that out too).What is it that you don't have time to do, but would help you and your business?

Will continue to look for options, save and hopefully attend real estate meetings in the future whenever possible so as to buy a property. 

To start, I would try to find and attend a local real estate investment group.

I see the recession as an opportunity to buy more properties at a decent price here in Denver.
