I have been a member for years, and always been drawn to the lucrative seasonal rental property business. 

I love this question, but have only limited experience so far - following and hoping that some seasoned pros weigh in!

However, I've also read a lot of conflicting things about 6-month seasoning required, or tax implications, etc.

I would welcome any referrals for Contractors and Property Managers that have worked with investors and/or invested themselves.Also, does anyone know any Mortgage Brokers that work for banks with a seasoning period of less than 12 months?

Conventional loans cap you at 10 financed properties, don't allow LLC vesting, require 6 months of title seasoning, require you to qualify based on income/dti, etc etc.
