Creative way to use Precious Metals as collateral to obtain $$?

Jim Lyon
Posted

Newbie from Illinois. Been stacking for 5 years Biting at the bit to jump into RE. Look at deals almost everyday.

Need Help understanding if PM, as collateral, can be my spring board to a RE purchase, without cashing it in.

No cash in hand, no property, so-so credit.

If possible, What process's are available? Third party storage? Brinks?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

TIA
