Hi there BiggerPockets Members,

I am investing on the west side of ATL in the burbs and looking meet and team up with other like minded people.  I would welcome any referrals for Contractors and Property Managers that have worked with investors and/or invested themselves.

Also, does anyone know any Mortgage Brokers that work for banks with a seasoning period of less than 12 months? I've spoken with several banks so far and all loan on 75-80% of LTV but the shortest seasoning period I've seen is 12 months and the longest is 3 years.

Thanks in advance for the recommendations.

Looking forward to networking with you BP members!

Thanks,

Jason
