Looking for local lender or mortgage broker recommendations

Hi everyone. I'm looking for a way to refinance a property in my LLC into my personal name and get a long term loan on it. (Or a loan with the lowest monthly possible, ie - interest only, etc). The property in the LLC has debt on it currently.

From my understanding, I could quitclaim deed it into my name, and refinance immediately. However, I've also read a lot of conflicting things about 6-month seasoning required, or tax implications, etc. I'd like to hook up with an investor-friendly local lender or mortgage broker to see what kind of options or products I might have access to. Does anyone have any recommendations?  Thanks in advance!!
