For example, one property may carry a 100K in value representing 30% of a loan, if you were to sell that property the reduction required may be 110K as the release can't put the lender in a worst position than they are with the collateral.It's important to understand the % of reductions or LTV or dollar amount required.Blanket loans tend to be over collateralized as well, individually you may get a higher LTV.The plus side is the use of equity assigned for properties that may not be eligible for refinancing.

Would it be something I could simply send a representative of the company to court, along with my lawyers, or am I personally responsible for showing up at each and every hearing, as I would be the owner of the company?
