Just passed RE EXAM

Hello, all, I just passed my EXAM today and I continue to struggle with selecting a Broker to Affiliate with??? I have considered it for some time but now I have passed my Exam, I need to make a decision! Does anyone have any pointers or suggestion for me? Thanks!

Congrats! What are you trying to do? Become a career agent or segue into investing while using the benefits of the license?

Your career goals in real estate should determine, to a large degree, what Broker you decide to go with.

Your knowledge base in RE will matter as well. The Big brokerages provide lots of training (and often take half of your commissions for services rendered) while the smaller shops don' provide much at all. If you're really green and need your hand held I suggest a bigger shop and then graduate to a smaller one once you're more expereinced.
