Portfolio loans
I now have two separate houses under two separate portfolio loans. With the forthcoming third house, I would look to get a blanket loan and put all three under 1 loan. For those who have done similar deals, how do you keep track of the accounting for p/l purposes and tax reporting? Thanks.
