Do I need to tying up these loose ends before I start my first deal?

I have started my business. I have a business license, business cards, I have some bandits signs in place and I have car magnets on my car advertising my business. I also have some buyers who are ready to buy, but should I delay putting together a deal until I have a business bank account? Also I am working with a real estate broker who has some deals my buyer might be interested in on the MLS how do I negotiae those deals with her to ensure my company gets paid and the broker doesn't steal my buyer and cut me out of any future deals.

In your opinion, the LICENSED Real Estate Broker might steal YOUR mls deals and/or YOUR buyers? ..

.. I recommend you think deeply about what your doing and make sure it's legal and logical. It doesn't sound like you have a license to represent buyers or sellers. You should only be focused on getting properties under contract and selling that interest.
