Professional biography would be considered perfect if it possesses certain necessary features they are:1)It has to be included with certain formal credentials like education, age and experience.2)Few lines about current job and professional experience has to be added3)Add any challenges and obstacles underwent in job.4)Mention professional certifications hold5)Include awards received6)Few lines about unique qualities possess which helped in career growth7)Contact details have to be included.Professional biographies are included with various testimonials and reference nowadays.

Possession: If Lessor is unable to deliver possession of the premises at the commencement hereof, Lessor shall not be liable for any damage caused thereby nor shall this agreement be void or voidable, but Lessee shall not be liable for any rent until possession is delivered.

My first bid clearly indicated vacant possession in writing;  I sent that to my agent.

If you find yourself in the latter situation, then you can decide if it's something that would make it difficult to sell.Right of redemption varies state to state and is relevant to foreclosure auction sales (ie. court has not confirmed title transfer and sale), not REO where the lender is in titled possession. 

I'd like to approach them immediately, and see if they would like to buy back the house on a land contract, however I can not find any info if this is allowable during the redemption period.Does anyone have any successful strategies for obtaining possession earlier than 6 months?
