Hi all, I have read several articles and watched a couple of videos regarding house hacking and tax deductions with an eye focused on how to properly determine what percentage should be used for tax deductions, and it seems a little ambiguous.

I’ve been doing research, watching videos, and currently reading “long distance real estate investing” by David Greene.

Also, I know it’s not a super popular opinion but I think you can hire a manager and still do fine.  

I've been doing my due diligence watching YouTube Videos and figuring out who is the best person or place beside Bigger Pockets to start learning about Wholesaling, Flipping, etc... 

I’ve watched several webinars and YouTube videos but nothing has really hit home for me yet.
