How is the investor market in Grand Rapids, MI?

I live in Indianapolis, but I end up visiting Grand Rapids about quarterly because I have a ton of younger aged friends in the city. I find it to be a super popular area for Millennials and Gen-Z'ers. I think it's going to continue to blow up - Near Lake Michigan, cool urban neighborhoods, breweries, bars, walkable, etc. 

My question is, how is the cash flow in this market? Any things to note with investing in Grand Rapids? Short term rentals... any major restrictions? I'd love to connect with some brokers / agents there !

I see you are an agent: you can pull all the data from RPR! We have family there and I only know it from visiting; does not strike me as a cash flow market, too much wealth floating around in a relatively small community.
