Everything is video now, so a blog probably isn't a big hit as a thing so much anymore, which doesn't help.Is there a good place to submit posts to get exposure by another real estate channel?

., what initiatives are being taken by locals, city officials, etc. to mitigate/eliminate this crime source?

It looks like it's just a Realtor referral program, where the real estate agent agrees to give you a rebate toward closing costs from their commission.They make it sound very official by saying that they're registered with HUD to sell HUD homes, but I'm also registered with HUD to sell HUD homes - a lot of real estate agents and brokers are. 

@Arion Dedushi Definitely sending a certified official letter is what you have to do.

I was getting a little anxious because we had someone see it yesterday (it's still not officially listed for rent- they were referred to us) and they said they LOVE it and want to get in by March 1st. 

I've actually been doing some research on James right now and I'm really liking the properties he is listing, also liking his youtube channel.

Rent increase official Notice + nice letter introducing your company/PM/yourself however you have it set up and how they are to pay rent going forward.

A lot of companies/people will talk cap rate because it sounds official, but a cap rate is used as a neutral comparison of two properties that are different in nature but have historical data to look at.  

I've already read a bunch of the guides found on this website and watched tons of videos found on the BP YouTube channel.
