Newbie from Round Rock, TX attending university in San Antonio

Hey guys,

I'm Liam Beard and I'm excited to be staring this path in real estate investing. I am 21 years old and currently attend the University of Texas at San Antonio. I've actually played football for the university for the last two seasons but at this point I need to begin earning some money and get a job which I have not been able to do because of the time football took up. So in the spring semester I will begin looking for a job while I finish earning my bachelors degree over the next year and a half. I'm actually from the Austin area (Round Rock). Recently I have been introduced to real estate investing through some finance YouTube videos and I've honestly become a bit obsessed. I've already read a bunch of the guides found on this website and watched tons of videos found on the BP YouTube channel. Over the next year and a half as I finish up my bachelors degree I plan on saving up as much money as I can to begin investing; hopefully into a property I am able to house hack like a small duplex. Right now I'm just eager to learn more and create connections with a lot of you guys.
