I am currently throwing money down the drain by paying $850 in rent at the moment, and noticed that I can be paying for a mortgage for almost the same price.

I have a great off market property that is cash flowing over 8% cap rate and has VA guaranteed rents in 6 private (all have exterior entrances) spaces in a SF residence.

Such as somehow give public notice for anyone to contest it?

If it is federal flood insurance vs a private company cost will be higher. get quotes.

I noticed a lot more MFH are getting on the market now in the Phoenix market.. and what is even more interesting is the fact that some of these MFH were bought & sold in the last year or so.... 

Not sure if that's standard or due to my type of account with them (Private Client...I have 3 IRA's, a solo-401k, and Rollover 401k so total with them bumps me up into their Private Client level banking).Their interest is non-existent (I use Ally.com for holding money @ 1.65%) but I've never had a problem with them. 

I noticed that the prices in Liberty City and surrounding area have gone up very significantly in the past few years .

I've made a lot of connections in the area (unfortunately not in REI but lots of private businesses), and am receiving good information about where to buy and the risks of other areas.

What I am trying to achieve from this forum:1) Surround myself with more like minded people in and around the Charlotte area.2) Meet people that have experience in the Charlotte market and have been successful. 3) Find private investors that want to pull money together and do deals with.4) Learn as much as I can.
