How do I file a quiet title action pro se in Oklahoma?
I purchased a property in a tax sale and have the deed. I want to file quiet title action pro se (myself). Several questions:
1. Does anyone have a template they recommend?
2. And are there any steps other than filing the document with the court? Such as somehow give public notice for anyone to contest it?
(If the quiet title action becomes contested, I'll hire an attorney. Until then I would LOVE to figure this out so that any properties I buy and it goes uncontested I'm not paying attorney fees each time.)

Why not hire an attorney from the start. If you do not get the postings and notifications correct it is all for not. I am all for doing things yourself when you can. There are times when you need to just pay the professional. This is one of those times.
