Frisco TX Legal Questions

I'm new to real estate investing and just finished "The Book on Flipping Houses" and "E-Myth Revisited"....awesome! I'm assembling my team and building out my organizational chart for flipping houses. 

I'm in need of legal assistance. I need assistance in setting up my business properly, as well as an attorney to draft up some contracts when subbing out rehab work. I plan to use the "One to Four Family Residential Contract" from trec.texas.gov when purchasing a property. My questions:

1. Does anyone have a recommendation of a real estate attorney in the Frisco TX area? 

2. For you experienced house flippers out there, what other services do you leverage a real estate attorney for outside of what I've mentioned above?
