A woodpecker had pecked at the siding at the second floor level creating a hole.

There can be many holes in the protection it offers you.

It will pigeon hole you and limit your market.

You are making a tenant responsible for pleasing someone they have no relationship with and with a condition of monetary penalty for not meeting their subjective evaluation of what is and isn't a standard. 

Drilling holes in the concrete floor allows the water to soak into the ground underneath, but this is actually horrible for the stability of the floor.

Purchased steamers, wallpaper remover solution, fabric softener, the thing that puts holes in the paper, and I thought we were ready.  

Video service performed and service tech said there was hole in bottom elbow where the sewer line connects under slab and they don't fix that but they could add pipe through the garage wall and continue it around house on exterior to meet the main line to city sewer.

Now it's time to stop digging deeper and get out of the hole.
