I got the property UAG from a auction. Sight unseen. It’s a 2 family in Brockton MA ( C/D) area and home. I plan to hold and rent out.

What should I do... I feel like after today I don’t want this property. Am I over reacting or should I push through?

Issues :

1. Long story short old landlord still lives there, I met her and she will not take cash for keys. I found a local eviction attorny to serve day of closing ... EVICTION BATTLE

2. Since prior landlord isn’t being very cooperative we couldn’t had access to property to really evaluate damages

3. Today I went to get a final water read.... thinking when they see water department they would open door. They did ! I went in behind the water department guy and the basement has a huge plumbing issue SH&T and water was EVERYWHERE. Water department called the sewerage department. They came out and told me that to fix you would need to drill floor of basement to “fix” the problem.
