Hi BP friends,I'm trying to learn when the diligence process happens in the purchasing flow of a mobile home park.

I’m considering attending an upcoming Mobile Home University bootcamp, likely either the one in Orange County or Las Vegas.Is anyone from here thinking of going to one of those?

No creative deal structure, contracts, funding advice, or anything useful to someone who already understands why apartments, retail, mobile homes and the like exist. 

Just wanted to know what is needed to wholesaling mobile homes.

SEC 8 wouldn’t allow this, but they have no problem with a mobile home in general.  

i bought it for protection; the owner was planning on putting a mobile home on the back of the property and because of the location of utilities it would have been backed up to my driveway. 

The kitchen has gleaming black stainless appliances (including the dishwasher), white silestone countertops, high end maple cabinets with soft close drawers and doors, tile backsplash, modern pendant lights over the new island and can lights throughout the living areas, etc. 

The home is a mobile home on approximately 1/3 acre.
