Wholesaling Mobile homes

Just wanted to know what is needed to wholesaling mobile homes. Such as contracts, requirements etc

You might consider flipping them. Doesn’t take much money and the profit margins can be much higher than in real estate - assuming you know what you’re doing of course :)

 I think that is a lot of my confusion about wholesaling with regard to mobiles, the numbers are a little different when taking into account the park and plot when they are factors sometimes.
