I have this idea that I want to hold everything I touch anyway, because if I sell that the last time I'll ever see profits from the house.

 It's been happening at BW three's for the last few meetings, but I just got a note saying that the location is TBD.  

Will NOT having a pool cage make it harder to sell my house, for about the same that I paid for it last year?
