Hi Everyone,I'm a new investor, living in Los Angeles, trying to make a first purchase while having a full-time job.

I'm a full-time student and i do have a part-time job, I have a passion in making wealth but i do not want to keep trading my time for money.

Basically the clause states that the full loan will be called due based on the transfer of ownership.  

We are both fresh out of high school and work full time jobs.

Please reply with anyone you've worked with and was happy with their results in the following areas of work:Framer carpenter (I need a wall cut out to create a counter top bar between kitchen & dining room)Kitchen/Bath Cabinets (refinished on one wall & new ones installed on the other)Tile (shower surround and kitchen back splash)Granite Counter top installationPainter (paint full 2 br/bth condo, all walls & ceilings, framework, & possibly fireplace and cabinets)I appreciate your help in advance!

It's been a LONG process but it's finally coming full circle .

Most people don't keep a 30yr loan for the full term because they sell it, refi it to get better cash flow, want to take money out, etc.Hope this helps!
