Josh Altman- First Million in Real Estate

Good evening,

I am brand new to real estate and would like to know if anyone has bought a course from Josh Altman called First Million in Real Estate. My friend has bought it and has a mentor that he speaks to over the phone. The mentor even flew to his location to have one on one discussions. However, I would like to know someone's review on this to see if it is worth paying $495 to sign up for this class to start learning about real estate investing.

I don't know that program, but many times the first meeting leads to an expensive coaching program for $25,000.  Josh may be different.

I would recommend you find a local real estate group and attend some meetings before forking over money to a guru.

Shadow a successful full time investor.

Read a few books.

Buy a three family to get some experience.

Just my 2 cents.
