You won't be in business very long doing it, and, more important to your heart, you will end up hurting those you are trying to help even more.My suggestion would be to become a successful (meaning you actually make money) REI, then take some of your profits and donate towards other groups that are successful helping those you're initial goal is to help.

It's clear that you have a good heart and want to give the old tenant back her stuff, but where was she when you had to remove all of her stuff on your time.If the tenant really wanted her possessions, she would at least took anything of value with her.
