Not here on BP (I assume your reading / posting here) but in the "real" world what are you doing....From there I am sure I and many others here would be happy to give you some ideas and suggestions.If your not already networking locally - you need to do that - find your REIA's and talk to EVERYONE at that meeting - ask what they are doing and what they need - what they are looking for.Go to CL and other free sites - there are sections for "looking for homes" and sections for "selling homes" and start to hook up some buyers and sellers.....But - tell us what you are already doing - and if that is "not much" that is cool too - we all start somewhere.
