Are you ready for the coming BOC bubble?

Had a discussion with someone about this cash for clunkers program. Do you realize what this program did? It took people who owned a vehicle free and clear and put them into a financed vehicle, basically tacking on another monthly payment to their household budget amidst a downturn economy and rising unemployment. Aren't we in the midst of another bubble where people were taken from a place of solvency and put into a place of financing? So, like the REO bubble - I'm thinking about a year from now is going to be a great time to buy a repossessed, 1 year old, gas efficient vehicle.

We're calling it the BOC bubble (Bank Owned Cars) and working on positioning ourselves with major lenders to become Bulk BOC dealers, and have a BOC buying seminar. We'll also be having a thread contrasting the two opposing sides of the Expense vs. Depreciation debate.
