During the past 2 years moving to WA, I was working in manufacturing and nails beauty care but nothing was serious or anything that I like. 

I was in Vegas two weeks ago enjoying the beautiful weather!  

I own an IT company here in Florida and love what I do, however Real Estate as always been a passion of mine long before I got into computers & IT support.I'm married with two beautiful kids and I'm looking for a way to help provide more for my family and obtain financial freedom through Real Estate.

A beautiful 2br/1ba near Lake Merritt with views can go from $2,500-$4k, w/ parking and the "right stuff."

The beauty of college students I think is that you can get by with things like that. 

Maybe I will see you in late night infomercial as the next real estate guru superstar...sitting by a pool surrounded by beautiful women (LOL).

I've got a condo that cash flows beautifully that I'd really like to pull cash out of.  

The development, although beautiful and self sufficient (grocery stores, schools, etc) it is in the middle of no where and about a 30-40 minute drive to the nearest city.I wouldn't want to invest in a pre-construction  project where the community is already struggling with vacancies.  

San Diego is a beautiful city but unfortunately we don't have good cash flowing properties for investors here =( Have you been to any of the local REI meetups here?
