Ave Maria Florida, Near Naples Florida

Hi - Has anybody heard of a city called Ave Maria, Florida? My realtor is pitching a development there pre-contruction called Maple Ridge. Wanted to know if its worth the 2 hour drive. 

Just wanted to know anybody's opinion on this city in general, and if they think it is a good rental market. I would be buying a property there to rent. I feel pre-construction is not the best deal, but these are very nice homes.
