Pulling Cash out of a condo. Anyone had any luck with this ?

I've got a condo that cash flows beautifully that I'd really like to pull cash out of.  It's free an clear now, and probably worth $125,000. 

I'd be happy with $75,000.

Any thoughts ?   I've spoken to a couple of traditional lenders who won't touch it because it's a condo.
