The attic is spacious with 1 bedroom and 1 bath. 1st floor details: 3 rooms + 1 bathroom Basement: also illegally constructed and has 2 bedroom + 1 bath.

We could not believe that we got this 6 bedroom 1.5 bathroom house for that price.So now we have an agreed upon price and after interviewing 3 brokers to sell or rent our current house we decided to use our HELOC as a down payment and sell our home with the same agent we used as the buyers agent for the new home but only if she lowered her rate.

As the saying goes, money talks. in the floor plan, its a 4 bedroom 2 bath. one of the bathrooms is located in the master bedroom(not uncommon for most houses), leaving the obvious issue that the other three individuals would have to share a bathroom in the house.  

Hi everyone, So I am looking to purchase a duplex or a sfh with over 4 bedrooms next year.

(Again each unit is a 1 bedroom and i am living in one at the moment.) so once i move out and i am receiving $2,400 a month in rent a month.

It ended up being a 3 bedroom 2 bath with an unfinished basement.

Does that refer to bedrooms etc?

Hi, I am renting out a 2 bedroom apartment for $1,200 I had two people looking at it, one person was an older mother not working with her daughter working that makes three times the rent net, but she does not have now the full amount to move in including the security deposit and her credit score is in 500 due to medics bills and a few other stuff, versus the second person makes a little under two times the rent but she has a great credit score at 6 70 and she has the full amount to move in right now, what would you do?

Rent on a 1 bedroom is probably going to be more in the $500 - $600 range and a 1 bedroom (or even a 2 bedroom) in that area is going to turn over quite a bit.
