Refinance or sell rental property
Good Morning, i have a newbie question. Well I purchased a property for $160,000. I have almost replaced everything. Only thing left are the windows. I also raised the rent to $800 each unit. (Again each unit is a 1 bedroom and i am living in one at the moment.) so once i move out and i am receiving $2,400 a month in rent a month. I know the value of the property will now be $230-240,000 so Should I : 1) refinance the house and use the money on another investment property? Or 2) sell the property and use all the profit to invest in another property? Thanks.
