I completely updated everything in the house besides the kitchen and 1 of the bathrooms which i eventually plan to do next year. 

Keep after it, don't let the fact that you are not coming from a place of money become an excuse, it just means that you will appreciate it all the more once it comes, and it will eventually if you stick with it ... like a lender with money, I'll wish you good luck even though you don't need it :)

I am getting into wholesaling and will like to buy and rent eventually.

So instead find 5 people you want to be more like and start to go out for coffee with them and pick their brain.I would also say obviously don't take advice from someone who hasn't done it before, because I find everyone always seems to have advice on something that they have never done but the funny thing is it always happens to turn out negative.Instead listen to the people who have done it and done it successfully and pick their brain and find out the model they used to be successful and if you do that with every successful person you come across then eventually you form your own model for success!

I've always been interested in real estate investing, and while I'm currently focused on building my business and making connections with others in the industry, I hope to eventually turn my passion for real estate into a full-time career.

We live here currently and will eventually rent it out!
