Hello Good Investor People
Hi Everyone! I am new to REI and I am from Atlanta born and raised. My background is in Psychology and I am passionate about my Atlanta community. I know a lot about the neighborhoods that most don't because it is my backyard. I am looking for a mentor. I have 6 months plans to wholesale to build up reserves and by Dec 2016 I would buy my first duplex, triplex, or 4 plex to live in one of the units. Eventually I will move out. My end goal have a multifamily and commercial buildings. My capitol is minimum (enough for direct mail, bandit signs, flyers, business cards and meet up groups) and am looking into marketing quite a bit for the long haul. However, I KNOW I need a mentor. I could help out painting, running errands, etc to get some guidance. I would like someone to partner with. Does anyone know anyone in the Atlanta area who would like a coffee meeting?
